沸石填料水洗法提纯沼气实验研究

摘　　要：以CO2和CH4合成模拟沼气为研究对象,采用沸石为吸附填料的水洗法去除模拟气中的CO2,对沼气的提纯工艺进行实验研究。沸石作为一种富含K、Na、Ca、Ba的铝硅酸盐,具有较大的比表面积和扩散力,对H2O、CO2、N2等分子均有较强的吸附能力。实验结果表明:CO2的去除率可达到50%,在水洗法提纯沼气工艺中沸石填料对CO2的去除率有很大影响。Taking the simulate biogas which synthetized from CO2 and CH4 as raw material, purification process of biogas was studied by adopting water washing method with zeolite as scrubber packing to removed CO2 from the sim- ulate biogas. Zeolite is aluminum silicate with rich K, Na, Ca, Ba element, which has larger specific surface area and diffusing capacity, possesses the stronger adsorptive capacity of the molecule H20, CO2 and N2 etc. The experi- mental results show that the CO2 removal rate achieves 50% or so, the zeolite packing has great effect on the water washing process of biogas purification.
