摘　　要：焦碳塔是焦化装置的重要设备之一,其在工况条件下受力复杂多变,焦碳塔的定期检验为其安全运行提供了一定的保障。此文主要分析了焦碳塔的受力情况,针对该设备运行状况提出了定期检验措施,结合检验发现的问题其产生的原因,并针对检验过程中设备内表面结焦难以清除的具体现状提出了保证检验质量的具体措施。Coke tower is one of the important equipments in coking plant. The stress state is complex and variable in the working state. Periodic inspection provided a guarantee for its safe operation. The article mainly analyzes the coke tower stress situation, proposes regular inspection measures aiming at the running status, analysis of the causes of the problems combining with the inspection, and put forward specific measures to assure the quality of test in the process of specific situation in which equipment surface coking is hard to remove in the testing.
