摘  要:目的观察中药复方糖痹康对糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)大鼠血液相关因素的影响。方法采用链脲佐菌素制作DPN大鼠模型,将成模大鼠随机分为模型组、甲钴胺组,以及糖痹康低、中、高剂量组。观察各组干预治疗12周后,大鼠血糖、血脂、全血黏度、血栓素B(2TXB2)和6-酮-前列素F1α(6-keto-PGF1α)、一氧化氮(NO)和内皮素(ET)的变化。结果给药12周后,糖痹康中剂量组低切全血黏度显著降低,与模型组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其他各给药组全血黏度有明显降低趋势,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。糖痹康低、中剂量组高密度脂蛋白含量较模型组明显升高(P<0.01),总胆固醇含量明显降低(P<0.05);糖痹康中、高剂量组低密度脂蛋白含量明显降低(P<0.01)。与模型组比较,糖痹康中、高剂量组NO含量明显升高,内皮素、TXB2含量均明显降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05);中剂量组TXB2/6-keto-PGF1α比值明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论糖痹康可能通过降低DPN大鼠的血液黏度、血脂、ET含量、TXB2和TXB2/6-keto-PGF1α比值,升高NO含量来发挥保护周围神经的作用。Objective To observe the effect of TCM compound prescription, Tangbikang on blood relevant factors in rats with diabetic peripheral neuropathy (DPN). Methods The DPN model rats were established by streptozotocin and randomly divided into a model group, a mecobalamin group and a low-, medium- and high-dose of Tangbikang prescription (LT, MT and HT) group. The changes of blood sugar, blood lipid, whole blood viscosity, thromboxane B2(TXB2) and 6-keto-prostaglandin F1 a (6-keto-PGF1 α ), nitric oxide(NO) and endothelin (ET) in rats of all groups were observed after 12-week intervention treatment. Results After 12-week administration, the low-shear blood viscosity in the MT group was obviously decreased, which had significant difference compared with the model group (P 〈 0.05); while the whole blood viscosity in the other treated groups showed an apparent descending trend with insignificant differences (P 〉 0.05). The high-density lipoprotein level in the LT and MT group was increased significantly compared with that in the model group (P 〈 0.01), and the level of total cholesterol was decreased significantly (P 〈 0.05); the low-density lipoprotein level in the MT and HT group was decreased significantly (P 〈 0.01). Compared with the model group, the contents of NO in the MT and HT group were increased apparently, while the contents of ET and TXB2 were decreased apparently (P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05); the ratio of TXB2/6-keto-PGF1 ot in the MT group was decreased apparently with significant difference (P 〈 0.01). Conclusion The Tangbikang prescription play a role in protecting peripheral nerve through decreasing the blood viscosity, blood lipid, ET content, TXB2 and ratio of TXB2/6-keto-PGF1α and increasing the NO content.
