摘　　要：为完成大量气球的自动充气工作,设计便携式自动充气封口设备,利用HT46RU232作为主控芯片,控制电机带动活塞进行充气,当达到预设充气时间后,自动拧紧机构开始工作,同时自动封口机构启动,将502液体从滴液管口流下并滴在拧紧的气球嘴上将气球封口,轻松完成大量气球的装饰任务。A device is made for inflating and sealing up a lot of balloons automatically, and HT46RU232 is used for its control core which controls electrical machinery forcing down the piston to inflate. After finishing inflating, the automatic tightening mechanism works. At the same time, the automatic sealing mechanism is started, and the liquid named 502 outflows on the mouth of the balloon tightened from the coolant duct, so then the work of inflating a large number of balloons can be finished easily.
