摘  要:介绍了一套经优化设计的膜法-冷冻脱硝系统。该系统优化了淡盐水中游离氯浓度以及芒硝结晶过程过饱和度的控制条件,有效解决了现有膜法工艺可能存在的纳滤膜进水水质不稳定、冷冻设备易堵塞等问题。国内某氯碱厂采用该系统脱除硫酸根,运行效果好,经济效益高。An optimally designed system for removal of sulfate from dilute brine by combining membrane method and freezing method is introduced. The system optimized the control conditions of free chlorine concentration in the dilute brine and the control conditions of supersaturation of sodium sulfate during its crystallization, effectively solved the problems in the existing membrane process, such as unstable quality of water supplied to the nanofiltration membrane unit, and easy blockage of refrigeration equipment. The optimized system was adopted by a domestic chlor-alkali plant, running well and producing high economic benefits.
