摘  要:利用单因素和正交试验,对加热回流提取牡丹花粉总黄酮工艺进行优化。最佳工艺是:100%的乙醇为溶剂,料液比为1:20,水浴温度为90℃,水浴时间为1h,牡丹花粉总黄酮得率为8.28%。化妆品刺激性/腐蚀性鸡胚绒毛尿囊膜眼刺激试验结果表明,其不具有眼刺激性。人体斑贴试验结果表明30位志愿者在反应0.5h、24h和48h内,测试区均呈现阴性反应。The extraction process of peony pollen flavonoids was investigated,and the optimum conditions of the reflux method were studied through orthogonal experiment.The results showed that the optimal condition was as following: 1:20 of material:solvent ratio(W/V),100% of ethanol solution as solvent,1h of extraction time at 90℃ of bath temperature.The yield of peony pollen flavonoids was 8.28%.The data of cosmetics ocular irritant and corrosive HET-CAM tests were evaluated as no eye irritation.Human skin patch test results showed that all 30 volunteers gave negative reaction in test area after 0.5h,24h and 48h of application.
