摘 要:目的测定成都市褐家鼠对杀鼠灵和溴敌隆的抗药性,为控制鼠害提供指导。方法采用无选择摄食法测定褐家鼠对杀鼠灵和溴敌隆的抗药性。结果褐家鼠对杀鼠灵未产生抗药性;对溴敌隆产生了抗药性,其抗性率为6.0%,雌性抗性率为7.14%,雄性抗性率为4.54%。结论第一代抗凝血灭鼠剂杀鼠灵停用十年后,在无选择压力下,褐家鼠对杀鼠灵的抗药性水平得到缓解。Objective To determine the resistance of rattus norvegicus to warfarin and bromadiolone norvegicus in Chengdu, and provide basis to control damage caused by rats. Method Determine the resistance of rattus by nochoice feeding method. Results Rattus norvegicus had no resistance to warfarin, but were resistant to bromadiolone, and the resistance rate was 6. 0%. The resistance rate of female rats was 7.14%, and the rate of male rats was 4. 54%. Conclusions After stopping using warfarin (the first generation anticoagulant rodenticide) for ten years, with the absence of selection pressure, the resistance level of rattus reduced to a lower level.
