陇南市新生儿乙肝疫苗接种项目实施情况分析

摘　　要：目的通过项目的实施,使新生儿能够及时接种乙肝疫苗,降低乙肝病毒表面抗原携带率和乙肝发病率。方法各级医疗接种机构,为新出生的婴儿及时按0.1.6免疫程序接种5μg乙肝疫苗。结果新生儿乙肝疫苗接种率由项目实施前的67.7%,提高到97.6%,首针及时接种率由38.3%提高到97.44%。结论明显地降低了乙肝病毒携带率和乙肝的发病率。Objective To make the new - born babies vaccinated the hepatitis B vaccination in time Through the implementation, so as to reduce the carrier rate of hepatitis B virus surface antigen and incidence rate of hepatitis B. Method All levels of medical vaccination institutions should vaccine for the new - born babiesy in a time, ly manner, and vaccine them for 51xg hepatitis B vaccination according to 0. 1.6 immunization program. Results The rate of the hepatitis B vaccination of new - born babies increased to 97.6 % from 67.7% before the implementation of the project. The rate of first dose of timely vaccination increased to 97.44% from 38.3%. Conclusion The project can reduce the carrier rate of hepatitis B virus and the incidence of hepatitis B significantly.
