右美托咪定对老年患者异氟醚肺泡最低有效浓度的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨右美托咪定对老年胃肠道手术患者异氟醚肺泡最低有效浓度的影响。方法选择2010年2月～2012年2月于本院接受胃肠道择期手术的老年患者(65～80岁)60例,随机分为对照组和试验组。两组均静脉泵入右美托咪定0.5μg/kg(10min泵入),琥珀胆碱2mg/kg静脉注射,肌肉松弛行气管插管。结果两组T3时间点MAP、HR比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组异氟醚MAC值为1.01%,试验组异氟醚MAC值为0.50%,与对照组比较,试验组降低异氟醚MAC约50.00%。结论异氟醚抑制老年患者切皮体动反应时,0.5μg/(kg.h)右美托咪定能降低异氟醚MAC,且不良反应少。Objective To discuss the affect of Dexmedetomidine to the Isoflurane minimum alveolar concentration of elderly patients with gastrointestinal surgery. Methods Sixty patients （65-80 years old） with gastrointestinal surgery in our hospital was selected and randomly divided into control group and experimental group. The two groups were given intravenous infusion of dexmedetomidine which dose was 0.5 μg/kg within 10 min, intravenous injection of suxamethonium which dose was 2 mg/kg and goven the intubation under muscle relaxation. Results The MAP, HR values of the two groups at the time point of T3 had significant differences （P 〈 0.05）. The MAC values of control group was 1.01%, and the isoflurane MAC values of experimental group was is 0.50%. experimental group reduced isoflurane MAC values approximately 50.00% compared with control group. Conclusion Isoflurane inhibited skin incision and body movement reaction of elderly patients. 0.5μg/（kg· h） dexmedetomidine could reduce isoflurane MAC values, and had little adverse reaction.
