摘　　要：目的总结高龄腰椎管狭窄症的诊断、治疗、术前评估及预后分析。方法 33例高龄腰椎管狭窄症患者,经确诊及术前全身合并症治疗后,给予腰椎后路椎板减压、髓核摘除、椎弓根钉棒系统内固定手术。结果术后症状缓解,并发症经积极治疗,均缓解。结论高龄腰椎管狭窄患者,只要严格掌握手术指征,积极治疗并存疾病,采用适当的手术方法,是可以达到理想的治疗效果的。Objective To summarize the senile lumbar spinal stenosis disease diagnosis, treatment, and preoperative assessment and prognostic analysis. Methods Thirty three cases of senile patients with lumbar spinal stenosis disease, after treatment for preoperative diagnosis and systemic complications, were given the lumbar posterior vertebral plate decompression, removal of nucleus pulposus, vertebral pedicle screw system internal fixation surgery. Results Postoperative symptoms and complications after active treatment, were all eviated. Conclusion Elderly patients with lumbar spinal stenosis, as long as master the operation indications strictly, active cure disease, using the appropriate surgical method, which is the ideal treatment effect can be achieved.
