摘 要:在已有高效水力模型的基础上,以离心泵水力设计为基础,通过Pro-E建立AP1000化容补水泵的三维模型。运用CFD技术对叶轮和三种导叶匹配的三组水力模型进行了不同工况下的内部流场流动分析,计算采用雷诺时均N-S方程和标准k-ε湍流模型,压力和速度耦合采用SIMPLEC算法。模拟结果较好地揭示了内部流场的特征,对内部流场的速度矢量分布与静压分布特征进行了研究。研究结果表明叶轮内各流道的流速随着液体从叶轮进口到出口方向逐渐增大,导叶内流速随着流动方向逐渐降低;叶轮内静压值随径向方向逐渐增加在导叶出口附近,液体的静压值达到最大。并对AP1000化容补水泵性能进行预测。将模拟结果与样机试验结果作分析对比,对比结果表明实测扬程和模拟扬程相差较小;实测效率比模拟值有一定的差距;实测轴功率比模拟轴功率稍大。综合分析,最终以方案3作为AP1000化容补水泵的实型水力设计方案。对优选出的最终产品水力模型方案,进行了一系列试验研究,试验结果表明:叶片和盖板之间的轴向间隙对效率有较大影响,减小轴向间隙有利于效率的提高;叶片宽度增大,扬程和效率有所增大。On the basis of the existing hydraulic model with high efficiency, AP1000 CVS and water-supplying pumps are designed based on the design of centrifugal pumps, and the three-dimensional model of AP1000 CVS and water-supplying pumps are established by Pro-E. Based on Reynolds averaged N-S equation and k-ε model, the SIMPLEC algorithm is used in the impeller-volute coupled characteristics, the flow field of three hydraulic models, composed by an impeller and three kinds of guide vane, is analyzed by CFD under different conditions. The velocity distribution and the static pressure distribution in interior flow field are obtained and studied. The study shows that the velocity in the passageway of the impellers raised with the flow direction and the velocity in the guide vane decreases with the flow direction, the static pressure decreases with the flow direction, and there is interaction between the impeller and guide vane, the flow field of impeller is asymmetry, which makes it instable. The performance is predicted, and the simulation results are compared with prototype tests. The results show that the measured head and efficiency are smaller than the an- alog number, the measured power is greater than the analog power. Therefore, the model 3 is selected as the project design of AP1000 CVS and water-supplying pump. A series of experiments of the best hydraulic model showed that the axial gap between the blade and the cover plate can affect the efficiency greatly, reducing the axial gap is conducive to high efficiency. And the width of the blade is increasing and the efficiency and the head would be larger.
