摘 要:为了解汽轮机控制系统主要是DEH 使用情况和存在的问题对全国 43 套100~600 MW 汽轮机电调系统进行调查包括电调系统主要功能应用情况、采用透平油作为液压介质的系统情况等.介绍机械液压式调节系统改造方案和国外电调系统特点,认为对于200 MW 及以下机组的机械液压式调节系统的改造,应进行技术经济比较后再决定;深入分析进口汽轮机电调系统特点,可为开发我国电调系统提供参考.The electrohydraulic speed governing systems of forty three 100~600 MW steam turbines throughout the country were surveyed with the aim of understanding the application conditions and existing problems of control systemsmainly DEH of steam turbines including the application conditions of main functions of electrohydraulic governing system and system conditions with turbine oil as hydraulic medium. The retrofitting scheme of mechanical hydraulic governing system and the features of foreign electrohydraulic governing system were in troduced. It was held that for the retrofit of mechanical hydraulic governing system of 200 MW and below generating units the techno economic comparisons should be firstly carried out. The deep analysis of electrohydraulic governing system features of imported steam turbines may provede reference for developing electrohydraulic governing system in China.
