摘　　要：针对Q345B热轧带钢在直缝焊管中出现的卷管不圆问题,通过取样分析对比不圆面和圆面的组织、晶粒度、带状组织及工艺过程等,发现组织结构的不同是造成卷管不圆的原因,通过控制冷却速度、改变冷却方式、降低终轧温度、调整合金成分,使该问题得到一定程度的缓解。For ovality of straight seam welded pipe by Q345B hot rolled strip, the structure, grain fineness, banded structure of round and not round section were contrasted. The results showed that the structure different of both was the reason. Therefore, the cooling type and speed were controlled. The finishing rolling temperature was decreased, and the chemical composition of strip was adjusted. Based on it, the problem was resolved.
