摘　　要：介绍了某平立全连轧棒材生产线在立式成品轧机上进行Φ16、Φ18mm钢筋三切分轧制的工艺路线、孔型设计、导卫设计和导槽设计,经过摸索,现Φ16、Φ18mm规格三切分轧制的班产分别达到3800、4200t。The technology, pass system and guid and guard design were introduced for φ16,φ18 mm concrete bar by three-strand splitting rolling on vertical finishing mill. Based on it, the outputs per shift of this two gauges products were respectively reached 3800t and 4200t.
