摘　　要：针对目前在多液罐温度及液位控制过程中遇到的控温不精确、操作复杂及无上位机对操作进行控制和数据显示处理等问题,以MPS-010602多功能USB信号采集卡为核心,设计了一种新型的温度及液位控制系统。通过LabVIEW进行上位机程序的编写,可以根据实际情况修改各温度和液位等参数,同时实现了各液罐的温度及液位的采集及实时显示、数据处理及存储与回放等功能。： Aiming at the current problems occurred in temperature and level control of the multi-tank, such as temperature control inaccurate, complicated operation, no host computer control operation and process data, and so on, a novel temperature and level control system is designed , in which the MPS-010602 multifunction USB signal acquisition card is used as the core. The host computer program is compiled with LabVIEW. The temperature and level parameters can be modified according to the actual situation. Meanwhile, the system can implement the functions that acquisition and real-time display of the temperature and level of the tank, data pracessing and storage and playback.
