摘　　要：目的研究土壤及灰尘中军团菌分离培养的方法和条件。方法应用土壤加标实验，探讨样品预处理的控制条件。结果选择Tween80-PBS作为洗脱液；军团菌土壤加标实验显示最低检出限为10^2cfu/g；当加标菌量为10^3cfu/g时，回收率为30％-90％，平均回收率为51％。结论该方法基本满足土壤及灰尘中军团菌分离培养要求。Objective To develop the isolation and culture methods of Legionella in soil and dust. Methods By the use of standard recovery test, the pre-treatment methods of soil were explored. Results Tween80-PBS determined as the eluate, the detection limit was 102 cfu/g for Legionella, the recovery rate were 30% to 90% while the concentration of the standard was 103 cfu/g. Conclusion The methods can be applied to isolation and culture of Legionella from soil and dust.
