摘 要:纳米二氧化硅由于其独特的理化性质已广泛应用于药物载体、肿瘤治疗、分子成像等众多领域。对于纳米二氧化硅的安全效应已渐渐成为毒理学研究的热点,特别是对于纳米二氧化硅细胞毒性的研究。细胞是人体结构和功能的基本单位,细胞毒性影响因素的研究将为制定人群暴露剂量提供依据。该文综合国内外现有文献,从纳米二氧化硅的理化性质、细胞暴露条件、靶细胞的差异、测试技术对细胞毒性的影响因素逐一进行了综述。通过控制纳米二氧化硅细胞毒性的影响因素,可以降低其毒性,对真正实现广泛应用有很重要的指导意义。Silica nanoparticles have been widely used in many fields such as drug delivery,tumor therapy and molecular imaging due to the special physicochemical properties. The safety research of silica nanoparticles is gradually becoming a hot area in the toxicity study, especially for the cytotoxicity. The cell is the basic unit of human structure and function. To establish a proper exposure dose will be based on the research for the influence factors to the cytotoxicity. In this review, the influencing factors of the cytotoxicity of silica nanoparticles ,such as physico-chemical property, exposure conditions ,the differences among the cells and testing techniques based on the domestic and foreign researches were considered. In order to make it serve people in a safety way,it is necessary and very important to study and control the influencing factors of the cytotoxicity caused by silica nanoparticles.
