摘　　要：文章介绍了丝/羊绒高支顺毛大衣呢的产品设计、主要工艺技术及成品质量。选用50%羊绒和50%桑蚕丝为原料,分别经散毛染色后进行混纺,纱线线密度13.3 tex,织物克重300 g/m。分析探讨了散毛染色、纺纱、织造、后整理的工艺流程以及各道工序需要解决的关键技术问题。成品测试结果表明:各项物理指标及色牢度均达到粗纺羊绒织品标准要求,面料轻薄且保暖性好,可用于春、秋、冬3季服装面料。This article introduced the design and production, key technique and the quality of silk and cashmere woollen fleece. This fabric was made by 50% cashmere and 50% silk. They were blended after fibre dyed separately. The yarn size was very high and reaches 13.3 tex, but the weight was only 300 g/re. It mainly discussed the process flow and the technique issues need to be dealt with during the process of fiber dyeing, spinning, weaving and finishing. The test result showed that the physical indexes and the colour fastness of the fabric can meet the requirements specified in the standard of woollen cashmere products. It was light in weight , good in warmth retention and could be used to make garments for spring, autumn and winter.
