摘　　要：列举了桑蚕丝、羊绒的优良特性及用于袜品后在抑制湿气和不良气味的形成方面具有的突出优势。介绍了桑蚕丝/羊绒与锦纶/氨纶包缠纱交织连裤袜的工艺流程;详细介绍在电脑丝袜机上进行编织的工艺;重点分析选用合适的染色机及对染色工艺进行优化,并采用低温染色方法解决几种不同纤维一浴染色中的颜色一致性问题;选取合理的抗起毛起球剂,通过改变羊绒鳞片摩擦方向,将抗起毛起球等级提高至4级,从而增强了桑蚕丝/羊绒与锦纶/氨纶包缠纱交织连裤袜的抗起毛起球性能。This paper lists the good performance of silk/cashmere blended yarn and outstanding advantages in inhibiting the formation of moisture and bad odor in hosiery. This paper introduces the process flow of the pantyhose of silk/cashmere blended yarn and nylon/spandex wrapped yarn simply, and how to knit on the stockings machine in detail. The paper focuses on how to choose the suitable dyeing machine and how to solve the problem of three different fibers＇ color consistency by low temperature dyeing and how to select appropriate anti-pilling agent to change the friction direction of the cashmere scales in order to raise the anti- pilling level to four.
