摘　　要：总结5例外胚层发育不全性先天无牙合患者自体骨移植同期颧种植体植入术的围手术期护理经验。术前对患者进行全面评估,做好口腔健康宣教及心理护理;术中做好两种专科手术的护理衔接、配合;术后从生命体征监护、指导进食、植骨区域软组织观察、预防种植体失败及上颌窦感染、心理护理和正确使用义齿等方面进行护理干预。5例患者均获得了有效的口腔生物功能重建。This paper summarizes the perioperative nursing of autogenous bone transplantation and zygomatie implant placement in 5 congenital anodontia patients with ectodermal dysplasia syndrome. Preoperative care focused on comprehensive assessment,oral health education and psychological nursing. During the operation,the two kinds of specialized surgical nursing were commendably connected and cooperated. The key points in postoperative care were monitoring vital signs,diet guidance, observation of soft tissue of graft region,prevention of implant failure and maxillary sinus infection,psychological nursing, correct use of denture ,and so on. All five patients obtained effectively oral biological function reconstruction.
