摘　　要：目的探讨认知行为干预对肺移植受者等待肺移植期间心理状态的影响。方法将46例准备行肺移植手术的患者,按入院顺序分为试验组和对照组各23例,试验组除接受常规治疗和护理同时接受认知行为干预。对照组接受常规治疗护理。两组患者在入院当天、入院2周、4周,进行疾病不确定感量表(MUIS-A)、Zung焦虑自评量表(SAS)和Zung抑郁自评量表(SDS)测评。结果两组MUIS-A和SAS得分比较,入院2周和4周试验组MUIS-A和SAS得分低于对照组(P<0.01),试验组3个时间点MUIS-A和SAS得分随着干预时间延长逐渐降低。SAS得分,对照组入院第4周较入院当天降低(P<0.01)。SDS得分,入院4周试验组低于对照组(P<0.01),对照组入院4周与入院当天、入院2周比较得分均有所升高,试验组入院4周与入院当天、入院2周比较,SDS得分均降低(P<0.01)。结论认知行为干预可减轻等待供肺时期受者的心理应激,稳定情绪,并具有较好的可行性和有效性。Objective To evaluate the effect of cognitive-behavioral therapy on psychological status of patients awaiting lung transplantation. Methods Totally 46 patients awaiting lung transplantation were randomly divided into two groups,23 cases in each group. Cognitive-behavioral therapy was provided for the patients in the experimental group in addition to routine care. The patients were investigated with Mishel＇s Uncertainty in Illness Scale（MUIS-A）,Self-Rating Anxiety Scale（SAS） and Self-Rating Depression Scale（SDS） at admission,two weeks and four weeks after admission. Results The scores of MUIS-A and SAS in the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group at 2 weeks and 4 weeks after admission（P〈0.01）. The scores of MUIS-A and SAS decreased significantly after intervention. The SDS score in the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group at 4 weeks after admission（P〈0.01）. The SDS score decreased in the experimental group after intervention,while the SDS score increased in the control group（P〈0.01）. Conclusion Cognitive-behavioral therapy can reduce the psychological stress and stabilize the mood of patients awaiting lung transplantation.
