摘　　要：国民经济的发展依靠能源这种重要的物质基础,同时国民对于生态环境的要求也日益提高,粮食问题又是关乎国家生死存亡的大问题,这三方面的矛盾日益突出。本文就这三方面的关系做了简要的分析,提出矿区的建设不能以危害环境为带价,提出生态工业园的重要性,最后提出煤炭开采应该与农田修复工作并行。The development of national economy relies on the energy of this important material basis for the requirements of the national ecological environment are increasing, the food problem is the question of national life and death, these three areas have become increasingly prominent. In this paper a brief analysis of the relationship between the three proposed the construction of the mine can not harm the environment with a price put forward the importance of coo-industrial park, and finally proposed coal mining should be parallel with the farmland restoration work.
