摘　　要：文章通过对影响实习质量和效率的诸多因素进行详尽分析,提出了基于WEB的分散实习集中管理的新模式,并对WEB系统的构建、实现及应用进行了详细的介绍。力图通过一体化、网络化、规范化的管理手段,从根本上解决分散实习管理存在的问题,切实提高顶岗实习管理效率,确保顶岗实习质量。Based on the impact of practice quality and efficiency of the factors were analyzed,based on the WEB dispersion practice centralized management of the new model,and the WEB system construction,implementation and application are introduced in detail.Through integration,networking,standardization of management means,fundamentally solve the problem of decentralized practice management problems,and effectively improve the internship management efficiency,ensure the quality of post practice.
