摘  要:用十八烷基三氯硅烷(OTS)在45#钢表面制备了自组装单分子膜(SAMs)。运用金相显微镜分析了钢表面的OTS-SAMs的形貌;由失重法和极化曲线研究了不同浓度及组装时间的OTS-SAMs在0.5mol/L盐酸溶液中对钢缓蚀性能的影响。结果显示,OTS的最佳组装浓度为0.15mmol/L,且当组装时间达12h时自组装已基本稳定。从极化曲线得出,OTS是一种以抑制阳极腐蚀为主的混合型抑制剂。The self-assembled monolayers (SAMs) of octadecyltrichlorosilane (OTS) were prepared on the surface of 45# steel. The surface morphologies of the tested steel samples were observed by metallurgical microscopy technique, and the inhibition performance of the monolayer for 45# steel in 0.5mol/L HC1 solution was studied by weight loss and electrochemical polarization curves. The results showed that the optimal assembly concentration of OTS is 0. 15mmol/L and the assembly is stable essentially after about 12 hours. It can be concluded from the polarization curves that OTS is a mixed-type inhibitor and it mainly inhibits anodic corrosion.
