摘 要:提出了一种基于双差压法的湿气流量在线测量新方法。通过实验,获得了V锥流量计两相流量系数与L-M参数、气体密度弗鲁德数和压力的关系,从而建立了基于差压流量计两相流量系数的湿气测量模型.根据V锥流量计和梭形锥流量计湿气测量特性的差异性,将两者串联组合,得到了其差异特性与L-M参数的关系。测量模型在压力为0 20~0.48MPa,气体弗鲁德数0.37~1.70,质量含气率28%~100%范围内,气相流量测量的平均相对误差不超过2 0%,液相流量测量的满度误差小于±20%。In this paper, a new method to meter wet gas flow based on double differential pressure is developed. The two phase flow coefficient of the V-Cone meter is proposed. The effects of the Lockhart-Martinelli parameter, the gas densiometric Froude number and the operating pressure on the two-phase flow coefficient are experimentally investigated. On the basis of the two-phase flow coefficient the wet gas model is finally developed. The V-Cone meter and the Shuttle-Cone meter are used in series owing to the differences between them when they measure the wet gas; then the differences between the two meters and the Lockhart-Martinelli parameter are obtained. The experiment pressure ranges from 0.20 MPa to 0.48 MPa, the gas densiometric Froude number ranges from 0.37 to 1.70, and the gas mass fraction ranges from 28% to 100%. Under the present test conditions, the mean relative error of the gas mass flow rate predicted by the model is within 2.0%; the full scale relative error of the liquid mass flow rate is less than ±20%.
