摘 要:通过实验研究得到了以熔盐为传热工质的不同结构参数横纹管内的强迫对流传热系数。对不同结构参数下的横纹管强化传热机理进行了研究,拟合了相应结构参数下的传热关联式,其最大偏差在±10%以内。此外在考虑横纹管结构因子的基础上,对适用于三组横纹管传热的通用实验关联式进行了拟合,其最大偏差为-11.8%。通过与光管情况下的传热数据进行比较,发现节距为9的横纹管其强化比达到了1.6。The forced convective heat transfer of mixed molten Hitec salts in transversally corrugated tubes with different sets of structural parameters were obtained through experimental study. The enhanced heat transfer mechanism in transversally tubes with different sets of parameters was inves- tigated; the deviations between the fitting correlations under corresponding structural parameters and experimental data were within 10%. In addition, based on the consideration of transversally corrugated structural factors, a general correlation applicable to three sets of structural parameters, which the maximum deviation was -11.8%, was proposed.
