摘 要:本文发现了一种高效两相吸收剂:BDA(1,4-丁二胺)与DEEA(N,N-二甲基乙醇胺)组成的混合溶液,采用快速筛选实验台和自动滴定仪确定了其最佳浓度,并用离子色谱仪分析了吸收结束后上下层的胺,CO_2和水的分布,应用核磁共振仪研究了CO_2与胺的反应产物。结果表明,该吸收剂的最佳浓度为2 mol/L BDA+4 mol/L DEEA(2B4D),吸收后下层吸收的CO_2占总吸收量的97.4%,满足两相系统的要求。91%的CO_2在与胺反应后转化为氨基甲酸根,其余以自由态的CO_2以及CO_3^(2-)/HCO_3^-的形式存在。The mixtures of 1,4-Butanediamine (BDA) and 2-(Diethylamino)-ethanol (DEEA) were found to be efficient biphasic solvents. The best concentration was identified and compared using a fast screening facility. The individual amine distributions in the upper and lower phases were measured by DX-120 ion chromatography (IC), with the reaction products of amine and CO2 studied by a JNM ECA-600 nuclear magnetic resonance spectrometer (NMR). The results show that the best solution was the blend of 2 mol/L BDA and 4 mol/L DEEA (2B4D). The CO2 in the lower phase was 97.4% of the total absorbed CO2. And 91% of absorbed CO2 was converted into carbamate, while the remaining CO2 existied in the form of free CO2 and CO_3^2-/HCO3-.
