Genetic Variations in Carbon Content of 33 Larch(Larix olgensis) Half-sib Families and High Carbon Capacity Families Selection

摘  要:以黑龙江省林口县青山林场24年生长白落叶松(Larix olgensis)自由授粉家系子代测定林为研究对象,对生长、材性、树干生物量、碳储量等性状进行了遗传变异分析、相关分析,以估算遗传力与遗传增益,筛选出生长优良、固碳能力强的家系。结果显示:材积、树干生物量、碳储量存在较大变异,变异系数分别为24.9%、25.8%、27.8%;家系遗传力分别为0.671、0.639、0.634,受中等强度的遗传控制;材性性状与含碳率变异相对较小,其中,木材密度为8.65%、含碳率为2.58%。相关分析结果显示,碳储量与生长性状、主干生物量呈极显著正相关。通过方差分析与Duncan法多重比较,最终选择出73-46、73-49、73-11、73-14这4个家系为高固碳能力家系。4个家系单株碳储量平均值为29.06 kg,高出家系总平均值57.05%,高出对照CK与种长混分别为130.46%、58.33%,高出碳储量最小的73-45家系190.86%。以现有试验林为标准,若选择73-14家系,则每公顷固碳量比试验林高70.88%,比利用碳储量最小的73-45家系造林每公顷固碳量高出2.16倍。The 24-year-old Larch (Larix olgensis) half-sib families progeny test plantation is sited in Linkou County Heilongjiang province. An experiment was conducted to analyze the genetic variations in growth traits, timber characters and carbon content, to estimate the heritability and genetic gain, and to select the superior families of high carbon content capacity. The results showed that there are abundant variations in volume, biomass of trunk and carbon content, and the coefficients of genetic variation are 24.9%, 25.8% and 27.8%, respeetively. The family heritabilities are 0. 671,0. 639 and 0. 634. It is moderate level by genetic control. Variations in the characters of timber and carbon content rate are relatively lesser. The variation coefficients of density and carbon content rate are 8.65% and 6.58%. The result of correlation analysis showed that the relationships between carbon content, growth traits and biomass of trunk are significantly positive correla- tion. Finally, four families (73-46, 73-49, 73-11 and 73-14) as the superior families were selected by variance analy- sis and multiple comparison. The mean of carbon content in single plant of four families is 29.06 kg, 57.05% higher than the mean of total families, 130.46% higher than that of CK and 190.86% higher than that of least carbon content family. As for 73-14, the carbon content per hectare is 70.88% higher than that of the existing plantation and 216% higher than that of afforest by 73-45.
