摘 要:以落叶松毛虫6龄幼虫为研究对象,比较了高效氯氰菊酯、阿维菌素、辛硫磷、敌敌畏、灭幼脲和高效氯氟氰菊酯对其体内的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性的影响。结果表明:2种拟除虫菊酯类农药(高效氯氰菊酯和高效氯氟氰菊酯)对落叶松毛虫6龄幼虫离体SOD抑制性最强,其抑制中浓度IC50分别为2.41×10-3和1.53×10-2g.L-1,而2种有机磷类农药(敌敌畏和辛硫磷)对离体SOD抑制性最弱;激素类(灭幼脲)和抗生素类(阿维菌素)对离体CAT抑制强于其它农药。落叶松毛虫体内SOD和CAT活性与6种农药胁迫表现出明显的时间效应。落叶松毛虫6龄幼虫在不同农药胁迫下,其体内SOD和CAT活性因农药刺激强度而异,从而维持体内系统的平衡,这可能也是其适应逆境及形成抗药性的机制之一。An experiment was conducted to compare the Special activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and catalase (CAT) to cypermethrin, avermectin, phoxim, dichlorvos, chlorbenzuron and lambda-cyhalothrin by using 6 th instar Dendrolimus superans as target. The results show in vitro inhibition of cypermethrin and cyhalothrin to the SOD activity are the strongest with 2.41×10^-3and 1.53×10^-2g·L^-1 of median inhibition concentration (ICs0), respectively. Phoxim and dichlorvos show the weakest in vitro inhibition to the SOD activity. Whereas, chlorbenzuron of the hormones pesticide and avermectin of antibiotics pesticide show stronger inhibition to in vitro CAT activity than those of other pesticides. In vivo special activi- ties of SOD and CAT show significant relationship with six pesticides in time-dependent way. Therefore, the special activi- ties of SOD and CAT in 6 th instar D. superans larvae change to maintain body balance corresponding to the stress intensity of different pesticides. The activities are the mechanisms of D. superans for adapting to the adversity and the formation of oesticide resistance.
