摘 要:采用索氏提取法提取长白山野生复序橐吾、狭苞橐吾花的脂溶性成分,经甲酯化处理后,利用气相色谱-质谱联用技术(GC-MS)对其脂肪酸及其它脂溶性成分进行了分析和鉴定,采用面积归一化法进行定量分析。结果,从2种橐吾花的脂溶性成分中共鉴定了52种成分,其中脂肪酸成分,复序橐吾有7种,狭苞橐吾有13种,分别占色谱总馏分出峰面积的70.54%和55.15%。复序橐吾和狭苞橐吾花共有的主要脂肪酸为(Z,Z)-9,12-十八碳二烯酸(24.59%,6.29%)、n-十六酸(19.12%,22.32%)、(E)-9-十八(碳)烯酸(7.05%,4.46%)、n-十四酸(6.89%,8.30%)、(Z,Z,Z)-9,12,15-十八烷三烯酸(6.87%,2.50%)、n-十八酸(5.09%,6.77%)。鉴定的非脂肪酸成分中,复序橐吾12种,狭苞橐吾20种,分别占色谱总馏分出峰面积的22.54%和20.19%。An experiment was conducted to extract the liposoluble components from Ligularia jaluens and Ligularia intermedia wildflowers in Changbai Mountain by Soxhlet extraction and subsequent methyl esterification. The fatty acids and other-fat- soluble components were determined by GC MS, and the area normalization method was used for quantitative analysis. 52 substances are detected from the liposoluble components of the two kinds of Ligulariaflowers. In the fatty acid component, the total area peaks for 7 kinds of L. jaluens and 13 kinds of L. intermedia are 70.54% and 55.15%, respectively. The major fatty acids from the two types of the Ligularia flowers are 9, 12-Octadecadienoic acid (Z, Z)-(24.59%, 6.29% ), n-Hexadecanoic acid (19.12%, 22.32% ), 9-Octadecenoic acid (E)-(7.05%, 4.46% ), tetradecanoate (6.89%, 8.30% ), 9, 12, 15-Octadecatrienoic acid (Z,Z,Z)-(6.87%, 2.50% ), and n-Octadecanoic acid (5.09%, 6.77% ). In the non fatty acid, the total area peaks of 12 kinds of L. jaluens and 20 kinds of L. intermedia are 22.54% and 20.19%, respectively.
