摘　　要：为了评价复方茜草灌注液的安全性,进行了大鼠的亚急性毒性试验,设1个空白对照组和3个试验组,采用灌胃法,每天给大鼠灌服复方茜草灌注液1次,连续灌服21 d,空白对照组大鼠自由采食和饮水,然后对各组大鼠的采食、体重、脏器指数、组织切片、血液等指标进行测定和分析。结果表明:复方茜草灌注液对大鼠的各项生理活动、血液生理生化指标、主要器官均无不良影响;试验过程中各试验组大鼠未出现中毒反应,无死亡现象。说明复方茜草灌注液对大鼠安全,无毒副作用。To evaluate the safety of the compound Radix rubiae in the perfusion fluid, subacute toxicity experiment in rats was performed. The rats were divided into four groups including three dose groups and a blank control group, some rats were continuously drenched with the com- pound Radix rubiae in the perfusion fluid in each dose group for 21 days once a day, and the other rats were subjected to ad libitum feeding and drinking water in the blank control group. The feed intake amounts, growth, organ coefficients, and tissue slice were measured and analyzed in the rats of each group. The results showed that there were no adverse effects of compound Radix rubiae in the perfusion fluid on physiological ac- tivity, physiological and biochemical indicators of blood and the main organs and tissues in the rats. Toxic reactions and deaths were not ob- served. The results indicate that compound Radix rubiae in the perfusion fluid has no toxic side effects, it is safe for rats.
