摘　　要：目的运用Meta分析综合评价2000--2012年中国中学生自杀意念发生情况，并分析其在性别和年级问的差别，为中学生自杀干预提供理论依据。方法系统检索PubMed、万方数据库、维普信息资源系统、中国期刊全文数据库及中国生物医学文献数据库，收集所有关于中国中学生自杀意念发生率的研究文献。资料进行异质性检验，以确定采用固定模型或随机模型进行合并分析，采用秩相关检验法进行发表偏倚的评估，并对性别和年级进行亚组分析。结果共入选相关文献40篇，总样本量为320375人，总自杀意念发生率为17．99％（95％CI：16．59％～19．49％）。将自杀意念发生率按照性别和年级分层分析，男、女生自杀意念发生率分别为14．71％（95％CI．13．42％～16．11％）和19．92％（95％C1：19．30％～21．64％），差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；初中生和高中生自杀意念发生率分别为16．94％（95％CI：15．35％。18．66％）和19．01％（95％CI：17．23％～20．93％），差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论中国中学生不同性别和年级间自杀意念发生率存在差别。Objective To analyze the prevalence and differences between gender and grades of suicide ideation among middle school students in China from 2000 to 2012 so as to provide basis for suicide prevention among middle school students. Methods Electronic search strategy was carried out, using PubMed, Wanfang Database, VIP Database, China National Knowledge Infrastructure （CNKI） and CBM to collect data on suicide ideation among middle school students. Fixed effects model or random effects model was employed according to statistical tests for the homogeneity. Publication bias was assessed by rank correlation test. Results 40 papers were included for meta-analysis, with a total sample size of 320 375. The combined prevalence of suicide ideation was 17.99% （95%CI： 16.59%-19.49% ）. Prevalence rates of suicide ideation were stratified by factors as gender and grade at school. Pooled prevalence rates on suicide ideation were as follows： 14.71% （95%CI： 13.42%-16.11% ） and 19.92% （95%CI： 19.30%-21.64% ）, P〈0.05 for boys and girls; 16.94% （95% CI： 15.35%-18.66% ） and 19.01% （95% CI： 17.23%-20.93% ）, P〈0.05 for senior or junior high school students, respectively. Conclusion There were differences in the prevalence of suicide ideation among middle school students between genders and grades in China.
