摘 要:杨家坝铁矿采用无底柱分段崩落法开采,由于采场结构参数不够合理,损失贫化较大。结合杨家坝铁矿的具体情况,建立物理相似模型,进行漏斗放矿模拟研究,分析放出体形态,即分析不同分段高度和进路间距下的近似椭球体,确定了合理的采场结构参数,即最佳分段高度H=12m,最佳的进路间距B=24m。进行半工业放矿模拟,计算不同放矿模式下的损失贫化率,结果表明,当3个出矿口同时放矿时,最为经济合理。对采场结构参数进行了优化,提出了科学的放矿管理模式,贫化率8%,损失率10%。降低了损失贫化率,提高了矿山的经济效益。Pillarless sublevel caving method is used in Yangjiaba iron mine,the ore dilution and loss are higher be- cause of the unreasonable structural parameters of stope. In view of the concrete conditions of Yangjiaba iron mine, a physical similarity model was established to simulate ore drawing with funnel. The shapes of ore-- rock draw bodies (the approximate ore--rock ellipsoid under different sublevel height and drift space) were analyzed, and the reasonable structural parameters of stope were determined, which are sublevel height 24 meters and drift space 12 meters. The physical simulation experiment of ore drawing with multi- funnels was carried out, and the ore dilution and loss rates under different ore drawing modes were calculated. The re- sults showed that when ore drawing form three ore--draw- ing holes was carried out at same time,ore dilution and loss rates were the lowest. The structural parameters of stope were optimized, and a scientific ore drawing mode for the mine was put forward, ore dilution rate of 8% and ore loss rate of 10% could be obtained,which were reduced and im- prove economic benefits of the mine.
