摘 要:以磷石膏、粉煤灰、水泥熟料等为原料,生石灰为激发剂,制备复合胶凝材料,分析了其水化机理,运用ICP-AES分析了粉煤灰的活性特征变化,得出了养护龄期和温度对其活性特征的影响规律,推导出了粉煤灰反应程度计算公式,给出了粉煤灰活性特征的定量评价方法,进行了验证性实验设计。实验结果表明,该方法能定量评价复合胶凝材料中粉煤灰的活性特征。A composite cementing material (CCM) was pre- pared with phosphogypsum, fly ash, and cement clinker etc. as raw materials and quick lime as activator. The hydration mechanism of CCM was analyzed,and the activity character istics changes of fly ash was also analyzed using ICP--AES. The influence law of curing time and temperature on the ac- tivity features of fly ash was summarized, a formula to cal- culate reaction degree of fly ash was deduced, and a method to quantitatively evaluate the activity characteristics of fly ash was given also, moreover, it was confirmed by the means of experimental design, and the results that the method of quantitative evaluation about the activity characteristics of fly ash in the CCM was feasible.
