摘  要:针对某铜铅锌多金属硫化矿中有价组分嵌布关系复杂,铜矿物嵌布粒度细,且部分铅矿物可浮性较好的特点,提出铜铅等可浮—铜铅再磨分离—铅锌依次浮选的工艺流程,同时采用铜矿物的高效捕收剂A-22和铅矿物新型抑制剂NY-89,较好的实现了该复杂铜铅锌多金属硫化矿物的综合回收,实验室小型闭路试验获得铜精矿含铜27.52%,铜回收率83.48%,铅精矿含铅66.27%,含银2113.23g/t,铅回收率93.25%,银回收率91.29%,锌精矿含锌46.11%,锌回收率78.21%。According to the characteristic of a complex poly- metallic copper--lead--zinc ore, such as the complex dissem- ination relations among the valuable components, the fine dissemination size of copper minerals and the good flotability of a part of lead mineral,a process flow--sheet consisting of copper-- lead iso-- flotation, the regrinding and copper-- lead separation and the sequential flotation of lead--zinc was ad- vanced, at the same time, high efficiency collector A--22 of copper mineral and new depressant NY--89 of lead mineral were used, it come to a better realization of comprehensive minerals recovery from complex polymetallic copper--lead-- zinc ore. The laboratory test of small closed--circuit test ob- tained a copper concentrate with a copper content and recov- ery of 27.52% and 83.48%, a lead concentrate with a lead content and recovery of 66. 27% and 93.25% and a silver content and recovery of 2113.23 g/t and 91.29% ,and a zinc concentrate with a zinc content and recovery of 46.11% and 78.21%.
