浙江矾山矾矿的遗产价值与保护建议

摘　　要：浙江矾山矾矿是中国传统矿业中最为典型的代表之一,目前承受了来自城镇社会、经济和文化发展的多方面压力,亟待开展遗产的保护和利用。在分析矾山矾矿的地理环境、历史变迁和遗产构成的基础上,认为其具备3大特征,即遗产类型多样,完整组合;遗产区域综合,相互交融;空间上镇矿交错,集聚分布。从世界遗产的标准出发,认为矾山矾矿的遗产价值符合第(ii)、(iii)、(iv)和(vi)项标准。最后,提出应该从加强遗产调查、扩大保护范围、厘清管理机制和完善遗产讲解展示等方面入手对矾山矾矿遗产进行保护。Fanshan alunite mine is a typical nonmetallic mine of the traditional mining industry in China. It is an urgent task to conserve and utilize this heritage property for it has faced increasing pressures from the aspects of social, eco- nomic and cultural development in the town. Three charac- teristics were found after analyzing the geographical environ- ment, historical vicissitude and components of heritage： （1） Fanshan alunite mining heritage has more diverse elements and good combination; （2） Fanshan alunite mining heritage has a higher degree of integration with regional society~ （3） The spatial distribution o~ Fanshan alunite mining heritage has intersected with Fanshan township area and appears as a cluster of mining vestiges spots and blocks. In addition, ac- cording to the criteria of world cultural heritage, this study also points out that Fanshan alunite mining heritage meets the criteria （ii）,（iii）, （iv） and （vi）. Finally,this paper sug- gests that some measures should be taken for the further conservation,including a more meticulous heritage investiga- tion,a greater range of conservation, a management system featuring clearly specified powers and responsibilities and a better interpretation and exhibition of the heritage.
