摘 要:为了研究截齿截割煤岩的动态破坏过程,提出采用离散元法建立模型并进行仿真。由截割头的CAD模型建立了截割头的二维离散元法分析模型,采用二维圆盘颗粒建立了煤岩的分析模型,通过接触和连接力学模型计算截割过程中的作用力。在此基础上,用VC++6.0编写离散元仿真计算程序,借助MFC建立友好的人机交互界面,实现了截齿截割煤岩工作过程的离散元仿真。通过对截割角为45°条件下的截齿截割煤岩仿真分析,初步证明了采用离散元法的可行性,为截齿截割过程分析和截齿的优化设计提供了一种新的研究手段。Discrete Element Method (DEM) was adopted to establish model and simulate the dynamic breaking process of cutting coal by pick. Based on CAD model of cutting head, a two--dimensional DEM analysis model of cutting head was established, the analysis model of coal was too established with two -- dimensional disc particles, and the contact and connection mechanics model were used to calculate contact force in cutting process. On this basis, the simulation calcula- tion program of DEM with VC+ +6.0 was complied, and the friendly man--machine interface was too established by means of MFC, which realized the simulation DEM of the process of cutting coal. The simulation and analysis of cut- ting coal under the cutting angle of 45- degree was carried out by using the DEM,and the feasibility of DEM was vali- dated. It provided a new method for analyzing the process of cutting coal and optimum desi~:n of Dick.
