摘 要:为了进一步提高石材表面光泽度及抛光工艺的效率。本文研究了以汉白玉石材为研究对象,通过改变二氧化硅含量(A)、刚玉粉含量(B)、草酸含量(C)、草酸钠含量(D)、氟硅酸钠含量(E)五种因素,以单因素实验和正交实验为基础。制备了以刚玉粉、二氧化硅为主要磨料,含草酸、草酸钠、氟硅酸钠、石蜡及甲醇的较优抛光剂配方。实验结果表明,此种抛光剂能够打开石材表面微孔隙,与石材表面发生化学反应,形成致密的结晶薄膜,提高了石材表面耐磨型及抛光效率,石材表面光泽度达到90°以上,达到了预期效果。To further improve the brightness and the stone surface polishing process efficiency.
