藏药赛北紫堇总生物碱镇痛药效学研究

摘　　要：本文采用小鼠热板法和醋酸扭体法观察藏药赛北紫堇总生物碱的镇痛作用;藏药赛北紫堇总生物碱灌胃给药,在小鼠热板法和扭体法实验中能提高小鼠热刺激引起的痛阈值(P<0.05),显著减少醋酸所致的小鼠扭体反应(P<0.05)。结果表明藏药赛北紫堇总生物碱具有明显的镇痛作用。The analgesic effect of the total alkaloids of Tibetan medicine Saibei Corydalis was investigated using the hot plate testing method and acetic acid writh testing method. The mice were garaged administration of the total alkaloids of Tibetan medicine Saibei Corydalis. The results showed that the total alkaloids of Tibetan medicine Saibei Corydalis obvi ously pro-longed the pain threshold of temperature stimuli on mice （P 〈 0. 05 ） and decreased the number of writhe in duced by acetic acid （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The experiments showed that the total alkaloids of Tibetan medicine Saibei Corydalis had analgesic effect.
