代平颗粒对2型糖尿病大鼠糖、脂代谢及氧化应激的影响

摘　　要：为观察中药代平颗粒对2型糖尿病大鼠糖、脂代谢及氧化应激的影响,采用高脂饮食喂养联合STZ尾静脉注射方法建立2型糖尿病大鼠模型,将代平颗粒分为高、低两个剂量组给糖尿病大鼠灌胃,以二甲双胍为阳性药物对照进行实验。结果表明代平颗粒高剂量组能较好的降低STZ致糖尿病大鼠的血糖水平,调节血脂代谢,降低血清丙二醛(MDA)含量,升高超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)活性,修复胰岛损伤。代平颗粒能显著改善2型糖尿病大鼠糖-脂代谢,其机制可能与抑制体内氧化应激反应,修复链脲佐菌素所致的胰岛损伤有关。To observe the effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine ＂Daiping Granules＂ on glucolipid metabolism and oxi- dative stress of rats with type 2 diabetets ,the rat model with type 2 diabetes was established by feeding with high fat diets and injecting streptozocin（STZ） into cadnal vein. The diabetic rats were divided two groups： ＂Daiping Granules＂ low- dose-group （DL）and high-dose-group （DH）, and mefformin were used in positive control. ＂Daiping Granules＂ high- dose-group can obviously reduce blood glucose levels of the diabetic rats STZ-induced, regulate lipid metabolism, reduce the content of serum madeic dialdehyde（ HI）A）, increase the activity of superoxide dismutase（SOD） ,repair islet injury. ＂Daiping Granules＂ can n0tablely improve glucolipid metabolism of rats with type 2 diabetes, and its mechanism may be related to inhibit oxidative stress in vivo and repair STZ-induced islet injury.
