摘  要:目的研究松针叶绿素-胡萝卜素软膏体外清除自由基和体内抗氧化作用。方法通过测定松针叶绿素-胡萝卜素软膏对羟自由基(·OH)、超氧阴离子自由基(O2-·)和DPPH自由基(DPPH·)的清除率,观察松针叶绿素-胡萝卜素软膏体外清除自由基能力;通过测定大鼠血清、肝匀浆和心匀浆超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量变化,观察松针叶绿素-胡萝卜素软膏体内抗氧化作用。结果松针叶绿素-胡萝卜素软膏对·OH、O2-·、DPPH.均具有明显的清除能力,其IC50分别为0.53,0.23,0.56 mg/ml;能显著提高大鼠血清、肝脏和心脏中SOD、GSH-Px活性和降低MDA含量。结论松针叶绿素-胡萝卜素软膏在体内外具有良好的抗氧化活性,为松针叶绿素-胡萝卜素软膏在食品和药物中的应用提供实验依据。Objective To study on free radial scavenging capacity and antioxidation of chlorophyll-carotene paste from pine needles. Methods The free radical scavenging capacity of chlorophyll-carotene paste was evaluated by measuring the scavenging rate of hydroxyl radical,superoxide radical and DPPH radical in vitro.The antioxidant activity of chlorophyll-carotene paste was analyzed by measuring SOD,GSH-Px and MDA concentrations in serum,liver and heart of rat in vivo. Results The chlorophyll-carotene paste showed high scavenging capacity against the hydroxyl,superoxide and DPPH radicals with IC50 values of 0.53,0.23 and 0.56 mg/ml,respectively.The chlorophyll-carotene paste could significantly increase the activities of SOD and GSH-Px while decrease the content of MDA in serum,liver and heart of rat. Conclusion Chlorophyll-carotene paste from pine needles might be a valuable antioxidant of natural source that could be applicable in the food and medicine industry.
