排毒消脂灵降血脂作用的实验研究

摘　　要：目的研究排毒消脂灵对实验性高脂血症小鼠血脂的影响。方法将合格小鼠随机分成6组:空白对照组、高血脂模型组、辛伐他丁阳性对照组(20 mg/kg)、排毒消脂灵高(43 g/kg)、中(21.5 g/kg)、低(10.8 g/kg)剂量组。除空白对照组灌胃给予蒸馏水外,其余各组每天上午灌胃给予相应药物,下午除空白对照组继续灌胃蒸馏水外,其余各组灌胃给予高脂脂肪乳剂,连续11 d。观察各组小鼠血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平的变化。结果与高脂血症模型组小鼠相比,排毒消脂灵给药组小鼠血清TC、TG、LDL-C水平均有显著降低(P<0.05),血清HDL-C水平则显著升高(P<0.05)。结论排毒消脂灵方对高脂血症小鼠具有降低血脂的作用。Objective To investigate the influence of Paiduxiaozhiling(PDXZL) on blood-fat of mice. Methods Mice were randomly divided into the normal control group,model control group,positive medicine control group,PDXZL large(20g·kg-1),medium(10 g·kg-1) and small-dose(5g·kg-1) groups.Except the normal control group,all mice were feeded with the high fat diet at the same time for 11 days.Cholesterol TC(Cholesterol),TG(Triglycerides),LDL-C(Low Density Lipoprotein Cholesterol) and HDL-C(High Density Lipoprotein Cholesterol) levels were observed. Results Compared to high blood lipid model group,the levels of TG、TC and LDL-C in serum were significant lower(P< 0.05)in the groups of PDXZL,and the levels of HDL-C in serum was significant higher(P<0.05). Conclusion PDXZL has the effects of reducing blood lipids.
