摘　　要：薯蓣皂苷元是重要的医药化工原料,在制药中应用广泛,由于其较高的医用价值和经济价值而备受关注。文章对近五年来薯蓣皂苷元的提取分离工艺、检测方法及药理作用研究情况做以综述。Diosgenin is an important chemical raw material and has relatively wide application in the pharmaceutical industry.It is widely concerned because of its high medical value and high economic value.This paper summarized the research on the extraction and separation technology,detection method and pharmacological action of the Diosgenin in recent 5 years.
