摘　　要：中药复方是临床应用中药的主要形式,也是研发的重点。中药复方有效部位群与创新药物的研究是中药现代化研究中的关键课题,以中药复方创制新药为中药创新的主要途径,创新可以从新物质,包括新化合物和新有效部位/群或组分配伍。有效部位群药物的研制也成为中药新药研究开发的一个新领域。但是迄今为止,对于中药复方有效部位群的研究及开发,无论在思路还是在技术与方法上都处于探索阶段,尚有很多问题有待于广泛、深入、全面的研究。文章对中药复方有效部位群与创新药物的研究进行了综述。The compound is the main form of traditional Chinese medicine clinical application,is also the focus of research and development.TCM compound chemical drug research and innovation is the key subject modernization of traditional Chinese medicine,Chinese medicine compound development of new drugs for the main ways of traditional Chinese medicine which can be done frow new substances,including new compounds and new effective parts/components group or compatibility.Effective parts of drug group has become a new field of Chinese herbal medical research and development.But so far,the research and development of TCM compound for effective parts of drugs remain in the exploration stage,no matter in the ideas,techology er the method,in which exist many problems to solue.
