摘　　要：目的对颈椎病合并糖尿病手术患者术前进行个性化护理,寻找最适合的护理方法。方法在术前对患者进行相关知识宣传、训练工作准备,帮助减少对手术的抗拒感,增加其信心,术后及时运用术前进行的各项训练,方便术后的管理及护理工作进行。结果通过个性化护理稳定患者的情绪,让患者能够积极地配合手术,对术后可能用到的治疗及可能出现的并发症有一个心理预期,将术后的隐患消灭在术前,通过详尽的术前训练,规避了手术的风险,充分保证病人的安全,大大降低了术后并发症的发生,缩短了住院时间,减少了治疗费用,提升了患者的满意度。结论在术前对颈椎病合并糖尿病手术患者进行个性化护理可以提高患者在治疗护理时的配合程度、手术的效果,对术后的康复有着重要的意义,值得推广应用。Objective The cervical vertebra disease combined with diabetes mellitus operation patients preoperative individualized nursing care,find the most suitable nursing methods. Methods The preoperative patients were related knowledge propaganda,trained to prepare for operation;we can help patients to reduce resistance,increase their confidence;they would gain good postoperative use of preoperative each training,easy postoperative management from nursing work. Results Through personalized care to comfort their cmotion and to allow active cooperation with operation,there will be a psychological anticipation for the patients about the possible treatment and side effects after surgery,This helps eliminate the hidden danger before operation.The adeailed trainings avoid the risks of surgery,Secure patients safety,reduce hospital stays and costs,and promote their satisfaction as well. Conclusion In the preoperative cervical diseases combined with diabetes mellitus patients with operation for individualized nursing which care can improve patient care in the treatment of coordination degree,the effect of operation,postoperative rehabilitation is important significance,it is worthy of popularization and application.
