摘  要:目的研究丹参滴注液的色谱指纹图谱测定方法,并进行主要色谱峰归属。方法色谱柱:Agilent kromasil C18(250mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈∶0.5%冰醋酸水溶液,梯度洗脱;检测波长:281 nm;分析时间:60 min;流速:1 ml/min。采用大孔树脂色谱及ODS反相制备色谱等分离手段进行分离纯化丹参滴注液中主要化学成分,并通过现代波谱技术进行结构鉴定。结果以原儿茶醛为参照峰,丹参滴注液HPLC指纹图谱有10个共有峰,并采用大孔树脂色谱及ODS反相制备色谱分离纯化得到9种化学成分,对其进行了归属。结论该方法准确、重现性好,为丹参滴注液的指纹图谱质量标准提供了依据。Objective To study the determination method of chromatographic fingerprints and the main chromatographic peaks of the Danshen Dripping Injection. Methods Column: Agilent kromasil C18(250 mm× 4.6 mm,5 μm);mobile phase: acetonitrile: 0.5% acetic acid,gradient elution;detection wavelength: 281 nm;analysis time: 60 min;flow rate: 1 mL / min.The main chemical components of Danshen Dripping Injection was separated and purified by means of Macroporous resin chromatography and ODS RP preparative chromatography.At the same time their structure were identified by modern spectroscopic techniques. Results There were ten common peaks attributed in HPLC fingerprint of the Danshen Dripping Injection.The nine chemical components was separated and purified by means of Macroporous resin chromatography and ODS RP preparative chromatography. Conclusion The method is accurate,reproducible,which provides a basis for quality standards of the fingerprint of the Danshen Dripping Injection.
