摘 要:为了探索环形激光诱导冲击波的传播规律及其对层裂的影响,采用ABAQUS软件对环形激光光束冲击成形的过程进行了理论分析和模拟仿真。通过定义节点路径的方法,得到了环形激光光束诱导冲击波在板料中厚度方向的传播规律,指出了在一定条件下厚度方向应力波拉应力最大值的出现时间和位置,从应力波的角度探索了环形激光光束冲击成形下薄板层裂的规律。结果表明,其层裂易发生位置位于激光冲击区域内,而非像实心激光一样在板料中心。这一结果为激光冲击成形的研究提供了一条新的思路。Theoretical analysis and numerical simulation on the process of ring laser shock forming were conducted with software ABAQUS in this paper to investigate the propagation of shock wave induced by ring laser and its effect on spalling. By defining nodal path, the propagation rule of shock wave induced by ring laser along the direction of thickness was obtained, which shows the occurring time and position of maximum tensile stress along thickness under certain condition. Spalling rule of sheet metal with ring laser shock forming was explored in the perspective of stress wave, whose results indicate that spalling is liable to occur in shocked areas for ring laser while in center of sheet metal for solid area laser, which provides a new approach to study laser shock forming.
