中国近代国立大学与私立大学校长任期的比较

摘　　要：中国近代国立大学与私立大学校长在任职年限、出任年龄等方面均表现出不同程度的差异性,而大学校长的任职年限和出任年龄又影响到大学的发展。通过对该相关问题的比较分析得出以下结论:官员式的任期"养"不出真正的大学校长;高等教育行政化导致大学校长的价值取向发生变化,教育理想成为"空中楼阁";大学校长的任用应切实体现师生诉求;大学校长任职应打破"衙门化"的论资排辈,倡导"年轻化"。here are notable difference in president tenure between national university and private university in modern China, including length of services and ages of presidents which have a huge influence on university de-velopment. Based on the problems related to the comparative analysis the article made the following conclu- sions： the official tenure cannot foster real president; the administrative interference in higher education lead on the altering of president＇ value, the education ideals is merely a castle in the air; President＇s appointment have to reflect the demands of teachers and students; President have to be away from the way of seniority liking ＂government office in feudal China＂, advocatinu the vounger trend.
