摘　　要：财经类高校是我国高等教育的重要组成部分,通过回顾财经类高校的发展历程,分析财经类院校教育国际化的必要性,进而从财经院校的教育思想、办学模式、课程建设、教师队伍等方面梳理我国财经类高校教育国际化办学的基本形式,指出中国高等财经教育国际化进程中面临的困难,提出我国高等财经教育国际化道路的选择,以期能对我国高等财经教育国际化发展有所借鉴和启示。The finance and economics university is an important part of higher education in China, by reviewing the development course of finance and economics university, analyzing the necessity of education internationalization of finance and economics university, then combing the basic form of the internationalization of finance and economics university in China from the aspects of education thought, education model, curriculum development, teachers etc., the article points out the difficulties that existing in the process of the internationalization of higher education, put forward the road choice of the internationalization of finance and economics education in China, so as to give some reference and inspiration on the internationalization of higher education development in china.
