摘　　要：美国联邦农作物保险是世界上运行最成功的政策性农业保险,是联邦政府进行农业风险管理的最重要工具。联邦农作物保险立法演变过程是美国联邦农作物保险制度不断优化和自我完善的过程,通过剖析制度演变及其运行机制特点,为中国的政策性农业保险发展提供启示与借鉴。Federal Crop Insurance is the most successful policy-oriented agriculture insurance in the world , and the most important instrument of Federal Government for agricultural risk management. The legislation evolution pro-cess of Federal Crop Insurance is the process of optimizing and self-improvement of Federal Crop Insurance institu- tion. It will provide reference for the development of policy-oriented agriculture insurance in China by means of analyz-ing the characteristic of its institutional evolution and operating mechanism.
